It was the Blue-Ribbon Winner, First Place, at The Original American Indian & Western Relic Show in Pasadena, California in October of 1987. The Blue Ribbon accompanies this Large 74" x 56" weaving.

This is a True One-of-a-Kind Weaving that was done by Daisy Slocum. This Circa 1950 Weaving features Daisy's Name on the Top of this amazing weaving, along with Two Eagles, Feathers, and the area of the Rug, Teec Nas Pos (Teec Nos Pos). A unknown number 300 is also woven into this Masterpiece. The Center "Eye" in this Piece draws you in like a Black Hole. This is truly a Work by a Master Artist.
