This Hand Coiled, Traditionally Fired Water Jar with the well-known Bear Claw of the Tafoya-Ebelacker's Family was created by Jason Ebelacker. Jason comes from a family of Award-Winning Potters including his father Richard Ebelacker, his Grandmother Virginia Ebelacker, his Great Grandmother Margaret Tafoya and his Great-Great Grandmother Sara Fina Tafoya.
The Bear Claw honors the Bear that led the Santa Clara People to Water and has been a regular design in the family's pottery for over 100-years!
Dine' Weaving Artist Sue Harvey wove this Ganado Weaving that she titled "Snowflake"
