Basketry is back! Returning again to the pages of Native American Art is a special section devoted entirely to Native American basketry. The magazine last featured this category in 2018 and the response was overwhelmingly positive as basket makers from all around the country highlighted their work, methods, inspirations and studios. Art Spotlight: Basketry will bring to readers of the October/ November issue the best and brightest basket artists working today, from up-and-coming artists at the first stages of their career to long-established veterans who are the standard bearers.
